Ownership programmes

  • Share purchase plan: we’ll match your contribution pound for pound, up to a pre-set maximum. You can also invest a set percentage of your salary in CGI shares.
  • Profit participation plan: you'll share in the rewards of our growth. This plan rewards you with a portion of our profits based on company and individual performance.
