CGI is proud to sponsor REME Rugby, further expanding our support to the Armed Forces and helping young talented athletes achieve their sporting ambitions. The partnership will see the REME Charity receive a donation from CGI for three years.  This funding will help REME Rugby to fulfil their potential by helping with essential training costs, travel and competition expenses.

Neil Timms, Senior Vice President of CGI Space, Defence and Intelligence said: “We are delighted to support REME Rugby who have an excellent track record in fostering the best of sporting talent.  Supporting talent is key, whether in sport or in business and we are looking forward to watching the progress of REME Rugby over the next few years and hope that we will make a contribution to their sporting success now and into the future.”

The sponsorship will include the CGI Cup which will be competed twice a year, once in Rugby League, once in Rugby Union, between the REME and the Royal Signals.
