£18,785 - £20,385 per annum

If you have interest in fixing technical problems and finding innovative solutions, we want to hear from you. We need IT Service Desk Analysts to join our teams in Bridgend (Wales), Solihull (England) and Newton St Boswells (Scottish Borders).

Your future duties and responsibilities

You are the expert voice our clients turn to when they experience technical problems. Whether it's a system, software, hardware, or network problem, you talk through the issues, identify causes and find solutions. You also have an eye for the bigger picture, while looking for enhancements to feed in to our continual service improvement process.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

Your exceptional verbal and written communication skills help you engage and support clients and log issues accurately.

You are comfortable working across all aspects of Microsoft OS and Apps and welcome the opportunity to work with bespoke applications. If you have previous experience on a Service Desk or working to SLAs, that’s great. If not, a commitment to learning will see you thrive in a new environment.

Most importantly, we’re looking for someone with the flair to troubleshoot within a busy environment, and the initiative to look beyond problem resolution for wider improvement opportunities.

Working Hours
7.5 hour shifts scheduled between 07:00 – 20:00.
5 days a week, flexible between Monday to Sunday.
