We have a number of member-created networks that strive to provide a community surrounding members who share a common bond, offer encouragement and support, and delivers activities and awareness to ensure everyone has the opportunity to contribute to our success.

We believe that women are vital to the future of STEM, and only through harnessing talent across genders, cultures and continents can we create lasting solutions to the technology challenges facing our world today. We place particular emphasis on gender diversity, that’s why we have a dedicated network to support the Women of CGI to ensure that all women have the opportunity to thrive at CGI.
Our peer to peer network for Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME) members emphasises the importance of celebrating various cultures within CGI. Through a number of initiatives, the network encourages leadership in the sharing best practice in the approach to ethnic diversity and inclusion as well as providing culture and education opportunities to our members.
CGI is committed to being a disability confident organisation and recently joined the Valuable 500 - a global movement putting disability on the business leadership agenda. Our peer to peer network enables members with different disabilities or areas of interest to share ideas and provide mutual support.
The LGBT+ network supports and represents UK members from all minority sexual orientations and gender identities, making it easier for members to bring their whole selves to work and to celebrate diversity.
