As part of our ongoing partnership with Dynamo North East, CGI proudly presented at their annual conference – ‘Dynamo 20’ on 25 June. The conference, which showcased the tech sector in the North East region, was delivered as a digital event bringing together the North East tech ecosystem to learn, network and engage together on the theme of ‘Collaborating for Success’.

CGI Directors of Consulting Services, Simon Greenwood and Mark Thompson, delivered a successful presentation entitled ‘Embracing the post Covid-19 world’, which focused on the future of work and how Robotic Process Automation and Intelligent Automation can be harnessed to drive value and improve customer and employee experience. In a post-pandemic world, business resilience and continuity will be critical to success; many organisations that are heavily people-dependent will need to embrace virtual worker assistance to remain competitive. Intelligent automation enables organisations to rapidly alleviate operational strain, deliver improved and extended services, and provide staff with a more rewarding experience as part of a ‘hybrid’ workforce.

The theme of the Future of Work is also explored in a new downloadable brochure, which looks at the business challenges faced by government and commercial organisations, and how automation can drive change and support new digital services. It also explores how automation can free up staff for higher value work, intelligent automation and practice and CGI’s customisable toolkit.
