Nick Dale is the VP Business Transformation for the UK Justice Sector in CGI, responsible for driving business transformational change to improve the experience for all service users of the Criminal and Civil Justice system.
An experienced senior business leader, Nick has over 20 years of expertise in consulting, large scale transition and transformation, tower model implementation, business development, service delivery and general management. He has experience working in the Central European, UK, Nordic and New Zealand markets in both Public & Private Sector.
He is passionate about developing talent and chairs the CGI Justice Business Transformation Group where members can earn a National Diploma or Master’s Degree through collaboration with the Global Sourcing Association.
Nick lives in Bournemouth, on the South Coast of England with his wife and four children where he is able to do plenty of open water swimming.
