Nick Dale is the Vice President for the Police Sector in CGI; he brings more than two decades’ experience transforming businesses to the UK’s police forces. Nick works with UK law enforcement and justice agencies, helping them take advantage of the joined-up thinking and technologies that we use to drive digital transformation in business.  Nick is passionate about the potential of technology to make law enforcement more effective. He works closely with police forces, helping them understand how technologies like automation can free up officers and staff to focus on serving the public and improving outcomes. 

Nick sat on the Advisory Board of the Strategic Review of Policing conducted by the Police Foundation. He is also enrolled on the Police Executive Programme with the University of Cambridge, his Master’s Thesis will be focussing on how to improve police efficiency, effectiveness and legitimacy using existing policing digital assets.

Nick lives in Bournemouth, on the South Coast of England with his wife and four children where he is able to do plenty of open water swimming. In his spare time,  Nick volunteers as a special constable with his local force.
