London / Glasgow, United Kingdom, 14 December 2017 - Contract designed to kick-start a step change in digital services to support jobs, education, innovation and health for decades to come.
Staff at the City of Edinburgh Council talk about their experience of using Microsoft Surface Hubs and Office 365, deployed by CGI.

At CGI we understand that Scotland will truly flourish by bridging the digital skills gap and embracing the capability of small medium enterprises. That is why we are committed to working closely with local SMEs in many of our projects and to developing the skills of workers by backing initiatives such as the modern apprenticeship with Skills Development Scotland.

Our sponsored degree programme with Glasgow Caledonian University enables students to study towards a BSc (Hons) in Computing whilst developing a career with CGI working at our Glasgow office on the other four. In 2015 we announced plans to take on 60 modern apprentices across Scotland.

CGI is committed to ensuring we support our clients with emerging and future technologies. In 2013 we opened the Open Digital Services Centre in Glasgow city centre servicing clients in Scotland and the rest of the UK
