CGI’s Waterton based Service Desk is recognised for its extremely high levels of client service. It has received 5 star accreditation from the Service Desk Institute, the first 5 star to be awarded in the world. The Waterton Service Desk was also named Best Outsourced Contact Centre at the Welsh Contact Centre Forum Awards in February 2014 and has been nominated for the National Outsourcing Association Shared Service Centre of the Year.

Our secure data centre is also recognised for its environmental sustainability following significant investment in the latest cooling technology.
